10 Photographs Of Notting Hill Carnival Over The Years

Attracting over two million attendees globally, Notting Hill Carnival is an annual celebration of Caribbean cultures. Highlighting the finest Caribbean cuisine, drinks, dances and music accompanied by lively parades and participants representing their culture by way of flags and clothing. The two-day community-led event unites all cultures and generations, offering moments of serenity, fun and an unforgettable experience. Birthed in 1966 to promote cultural unity after the Notting Hill Riots in 1955, founder Rhaune Laslett created what’s now known as the largest ‘street festival in Europe’.
